Yohanna leads all of brightEra’s Promotional marketing opportunities, most recent is the Orlando Solar Bear Hockey team in the Amway Arena. Leads all of brightEra’s Fixed Marketing locations.

Dr. Luis joined the team in 2020 and conducts all of brightEra’s Market research. Consultant in Social Marketing, CSR, Researcher, Academic and International Lecturer, author of patents, author of books such as Social Marketing, Sustainable Ethical Business Model, One Page Research Methodology and several publications in national and international journals. Expert in Strategic Planning of Social Marketing, Marketing Intelligence and use of Tics in Marketing, Market Research, International Marketing for the Mercosur and Pacific Alliance Markets, Social Marketing and Industrial Marketing with application of the Strategic Marketing Planning Model and Geo marketing, for more than 18 years in America.
Lucia has more than 25 years of marketing experience, and joined the team in 2021 as Vice President of Marketing, leading a team of more than 20 people. Her vision is to make the company a successful company that transcends borders. A true creative at heart, she loves what she does, especially working with talented people and producing great work.

Chris is a Florida native, a father and loves music. He provides BrightEra clients with excellent service experience that helps them make meaningful investments with their time and money.
Shane has over 5 years of sales experience always one of the top 10% making him one of our top salesmen and energy experts in Florida. Shane quickly climbed the leadership ladder to Sales manager and earlier this year to Director of Sales. His caring attitude and excellent people skills makes Shane one of our best energy experts.
Rossemberg is a founding Partner of BrightEra Energy with more than 15 years of experience in sales. He is responsible for driving and leading our sales leaders and sales agents processes. Rossemberg loves to share his knowledge and train the team to reach new levels.
